Home. Sweet. Home.

The Woman's Hospital was amazing. It was like a mini vacation...room service meals, nurses in and out constantly seeing if you need anything, friends and family coming to visit...but being home is so nice. Blake and David brought us dinner last night and their version of grilled chicken was ten times better than the hospital's. My mom is here to help us which is amazing because I have eaten better than ever and gotten to take naps and haven't cleaned at all. I get to just spend time with three of my favorite people! Yes, we are living in 595 square feet (four of us) and it is juuuuuuuust right. Joesph slept SO well in his crib last night and I'm hoping he can do that again! He woke up 3 times to feed and slept in until 8:45! I actually got 3 consecutive hours of sleep which felt like heaven.

On a side note, I am just fascinated by Joey's every move...his burps, flaggelations, yawns, etc. He is just so precious and I love how everything just works so perfectly. Childbirth in itself is a miracle and the human body is just beyond amazing. It's funny that we get excited about poopy diapers and big burps. Last night I was changing Joey and he spit up so I asked Jacob to finish while I went to get a wash cloth to clean it up. Meanwhile, he peed all over Jacob! So while he went to clean up I took over. Then he pooped in his fresh diaper...as I was reaching for a wipe he shot poop so far it landed past the diaper on the changing table. It was hilarious.

Today flew by and Joseph has been in somebody's arms the entire day. He sleeps or eats most of the day and we are hoping to have more good nights like last night :)
