Settling In: One Craft At A Time

Our house is a work in progress- and probably always will be ;) But I'll try to show a little bit as I go so that you can be part of the progress! I really love finding treasures at garage sales so I basically have a list of projects I want to do (pinterest) and they get done depending on what (free or close to free) supplies I find first! Oh, and I also love Habitat for Humanity's Re-Store... remember the window?
Found it at the Re Store and made the middle pane a chalkboard...so simple! I recently picked up an old drawer there and turned it into a key shelf for our entry way. I stained it and painted it with magnetic paint and then chalkboard paint... turns out I didn't do the magnetic part right so I'll be trying that again in the near future.
Isn't the handle cute?
